ABOUT ICS - Our story

ICS was founded in Denmark in 1987 by Lars Christensen and in 2006 Per Ankær became partner and is today the Managing Director. ICS is among one of the leading Professional Conference Organizers in the world and has been handling small and large Events throughout the world. ICS has cooperation with other offices internationally and has opened an office in Vancouver, Canada under the brand name CongressWorld as well as ICS is augmented by our alliance member in South Africa, The Conference Company.

In 2006 the department of Motivational Events was introduced to help facilitate the increasing numbers of corporate events as well as adding an extra dimension at all our events by making sure all participants achieve the greatest experience. ICS has also developed the green meeting concept of Econgress and our objective is to keep being innovative by developing unique meeting concepts.
