This is so self-evident that a clear definition of 'thorough preparations' is often overlooked. With this in mind ICS prepares complete planning for your conference. We name all the tasks and arrange them into an overall plan. A project manager is appointed and deadlines are set.

We will establish a project team which, depending on the scope of the project, will consist of one or more project managers, supported by several enthusiastic and professional project assistants.
