One of our main goals is to meet all conference attendees with hospitality and friendship and provide the best service to everyone involved.

Our delegate relations department, is there to assist the delegates with all conference related matters. They make sure that everyone is able to register, finds the right hotel and that everyone receives the information needed.

To realize this ICS uses an up to date system that offers the possibilities for complete online communication. In this system we can handle all registrations and hotel reservations online. Together with a secure conection for credit card payments this system provides the best service possible.
