When a conference relies on Sponsoring and/or an Exhibition, we offer a wide range of possibilities to organize this for you in the best suitable way.

Our professional sales team create a database with potential sponsors/exhibitors and develop, in close collaboration with the Organising Committee, a sponsorship plan. To obtain the full benefits we will prepare tailored sponsorship packages and negotiate this with potential sponsors/exhibitors.

For the exhibition we will prepare and arrange all items needed for the exhibition such as an exhibitor manual, floor plan and logistics. During the exhibition we take care of the complete exhibition management.
