During the conference it is important that you are able to attend the sessions. That is why we are on-site for the complete management of your conference.

We take care of all matters during the conference. This is not only the registration, we also make sure that all logistics are running smoothly, there is a speaker's preparation room, all technical equipment is working, that the set up of the rooms is as planned and that the signage makes it easy for everyone to find the right sessions.
