IUGA 2005

"We could not have organized the 30th Annual Meeting of the International Urogynecological Association in Copenhagen, August 2005 without the assistance of International Conference Service, ICS A/S. In the planning and preparations for the meeting, ICS A/S constantly amazed us with their professionalism and proper timing. The staff of ICS A/S always tried their utmost to do what was necessary to realize our sometimes unrealistic visions for the congress, with a constant eye to responsible budgeting. ICS A/S was an invaluable partner and guide in our efforts to secure sponsorship for the Congress, and they did a flawless job putting together the commercial exhibition at the meeting. When the attendance at our meeting unexpectedly doubled a few weeks before the opening date, ICS A/S worked round the clock to secure hotel rooms for all participants, to make last-minute logistical and venue changes and last but not least: to meet all participants with a smile!
